Hello, I'm Diane. I am happy to have the opportunity to share my lifelong passion with you—learning how to be healthy physically, mentally and emotionally, and how to find inner peace within the chaos of life. After teaching my approach to thousands of adults of all ages, and hearing their enthusiastic responses, I was motivated to write two books based on the messages of the course I taught. Relax, Breathe, Smile is a simple guidebook, The Healer Is You is a more detailed study.

Many books have been written about mind-body health, also called self-healing through the mind-body-spirit connection, but my personal perspective on self-healing the natural way is an original one, including a wide range of factors that affect our health. It is simple in tone, yet well researched and well documented. As one reader said, "it covers the waterfront."

My greatest joy has been to synthesize and simplify all I have learned, and to pass on my approach through writing and teaching. I invite you to consider some of my insights and suggestions to see for yourself whether they work for you. I hope you will enjoy perusing my website, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Remember that self-healing techniques can be used for prevention of illness, during medical treatment, or while recovering from illness. Mainly they are intended for day-to-day self-care. They are perfectly safe, unless used to avoid appropriate medical care.
