About Diane

Diane See has spent her life learning and teaching what it takes to live a happy and healthy life. This has included extensive study in the areas of infant and child development, psychology, education, nutrition, aging and spiritual development. In addition she has had over 15 years of intensive training in both Western and Eastern forms of dance under master teachers, with further study of dance and movement therapy, bodywork, Reiki and other healing modalities. She has attended dozens of educational conferences and seminars on related topics and has given numerous presentations.

healing the natural way Antioch University West acknowledged Diane's years of independent study by awarding her Life Experience credits in Human Development and Dance. As a certified college instructor and an accredited T'ai Chi Chih instructor she designed a curriculum for City College San Francisco, "Mind-Body Health," which she taught for 13 years to adults of all ages. The course included lecture and discussion, stress-reduction techniques, meditation and T'ai Chi Chih practice.

After retiring from City College San Francisco Diane See relocated to Santa Cruz, California, where she continues to write, study, and teach T'ai Chi Chih.
